| IC4592 is the large nebula at the center of the frame.
IC4601 is the smaller nebula at the lower left. These are faint reflection nebulae in the northern claw of Scorpius.
This region also contains much dark nebulae. |

Camera was focused using
Live View. Raw images were converted using Canon's Zoom Browser
EX. Converted images were calibrated, aligned and combined with
ImagesPlus. The final image was adjusted in Photoshop. Topaz DeNoise
was applied to reduce noise.

was taken on 8/8/10 at the Nebraska Star Party.
Seeing was good. Humidity was very high for this area (fog appeared
after 2:00 AM). Temperature: 70F
