M52 - Open Cluster in Cassiopeia

M 52 is an open star cluster that is rich in stars. Charles Messier discovered this object in 1774. It spans approximately 13 arcminutes and can easily be seen through a pair of binoculars. NGC 7635 (the Bubble Nebula) lies nearby. |
